Welcome! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation as a creator on the Paris Hilton Home TikTok Shop. By joining, you agree to comply with the provisions below.

1. Definitions

Creator: You, the individual or entity producing content for Paris Hilton Home’s TikTok Shop.

Platform: TikTok and any related tools or services used to manage your content.

Content: Videos, images, captions, livestreams, and any other media you produce to promote Paris Hilton Home products.

Commission: The payout you earn for each sale tracked to your unique referral link or code.

2. Enrollment & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and in compliance with all local laws.

You agree to provide accurate personal and payment information upon enrollment.

Paris Hilton Home (a brand of Epoca International) reserves the right to approve or deny any application at its sole discretion.

3. Creator Obligations

Authenticity: Your Content must be original, truthful, and not misleading.

Brand Alignment: Content should reflect the style, quality, and image of Paris Hilton Home.

Disclosure: Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship (e.g., #ad or #sponsored) as required by your local regulations.

Compliance: Adhere to TikTok’s Community Guidelines and all applicable laws, including advertising standards.

4. Grant of Rights

You grant Paris Hilton Home a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, distribute, and display your Content for marketing and promotional purposes on any channel (including outside TikTok).

You retain ownership of your Content and are free to repurpose it elsewhere, provided you continue to credit Paris Hilton Home when required.

5. Commission & Payment

Rates: Commission rates are published in your creator dashboard and may be updated with 30 days’ notice.

Tracking: Sales are tracked via your unique referral link or code. Only completed, non-fraudulent transactions count toward your Commission.

Payouts: Payments are issued monthly, within 30 days after the end of the calendar month, to the bank or payment service you designate.

Adjustments: Returns, cancellations, or chargebacks will result in corresponding Commission deductions.

6. Content Guidelines

Do not infringe on any third-party rights (copyrights, trademarks, privacy, etc.).

Avoid prohibited content, including hate speech, adult material, or other content that violates TikTok policy.

Maintain high production quality—good lighting, clear audio, and legible visuals.

7. Confidentiality

Any non-public information you receive about marketing plans, product launches, or commission structures must remain confidential.

This obligation survives termination of your participation for 2 years.

8. Term & Termination

Term: These Terms take effect when you are approved and remain in force until terminated.

Termination by You: You may withdraw at any time by notifying us through your dashboard.

Termination by Us: We may suspend or terminate your participation immediately if you breach these Terms or our policies.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paris Hilton Home is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to these Terms or your participation.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Florida, USA.

Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.

We may revise these Terms at any time. You’ll be notified of material changes, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
